The White House is situated in a stunning corner position with expansive first floor decking to the front and side of the property with sunken hot tub.  Guests have the benefit of a disabled friendly electric lift from the “Den” to the first floor living area. The den has a Playstation 3, karaoke machine, pool table and “Forrest Gump”style table tennis table, ideal for the young (and not so young ….)!

The master bedroom with en suite shower room, king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and balcony leads from the first floor designer lounge/kitchen/dining area which has floor to ceiling windows to capitalise on the beautiful hill views.  The open plan stair leads to ground level where there are two further bedrooms: one a double with en suite shower and door leading out to the rear garden, the other a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe (with door to the games room and flat level access to the lift).  A refreshing mix of minimalist and Scottish interiors, expertly woven into a luxurious retreat...

There is also a utility room with sink, washing machine-dryer and freezer off the spacious hall area, as well as a cloakroom/WC.
