Tay View Lodge - Beautiful interior-designed lodge incorporating open plan living accommodation, with large bi-fold patio doors leading to a balcony with outdoor furniture. Perfect for alfresco dining, with west facing views towards the loch.  Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Three en suite bedrooms, two kings with shower rooms and one twin with a bath/shower.  Separate utility room with washer/dryer and additional freezer.  Secluded back garden with hot tub, garden table and chairs.

Flat screen TVs with multi-channel TV system in bedrooms and lounge.  Selection of DVD.  Ipod speakers.  Playstation Zone with bean bags, flat screen TV and selection of games (available from Reception).  Golf clubs provided for guests’ use.

The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room, built-in mirrored wardrobe and balcony has views to the east and takes advantage of the morning sun.  It leads off the designer lounge/kitchen/dining area.  On ground level, there is an open-tread wooden stair from the hall where there are two further bedrooms: one king room with en suite shower, built-in wardrobe and door to the garden, the other with twin beds and en suite bath/shower. There is a utility room with sink, washing machine/dryer and freezer off the spacious hall, as well as a cloakroom/WC.
