Skibo Lodge – the only four bedroom house sleeping 8 in Castle Gardens – offers superb accommodation with hot tub on the patio, 20” flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, huge raised deck with gas barbeque, deck furniture and views to the hills and River Tay and many other details that make Skibo Lodge an exclusive retreat.

The entrance is from a landscaped courtyard with front door parking.  There is a well equipped utility room with washer/drier and storage area leading off the hall.  There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: a master bedroom with a king size leather sleight bed and French door to the rear garden and the twin room share use of a large bathroom with bath and wetroom-style shower.  There is also a master bedroom with four poster bed and en suite shower room, with doors to the rear garden.

The open tread oak staircase leads you into the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with views towards Loch Tay.  The lounge has leather settees, 42” plasma TV with DVD, multi-channel TV system and surround sound whilst the kitchen has granite worktops, an American-style fridge-freezer and is equipped with everything you could possibly need.  Access to the huge deck with gas barbeque and outdoor furniture is from the lounge.  Magnificent view from the deck.
