Rivard has possibly the best location of all the houses in Castle Gardens with its extensive first floor deck leading off the main living area.  It has the most incredible views up Loch Tay and is only a stone’s throw from Loch Tay and riverside walks.

The master bedroom with en suite shower room, king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and balcony overlooking the river Tay leads off the designer lounge/kitchen/dining area.  Open plan oak stair.  At ground floor level there are two further bedrooms, one with a king size bed, en suite shower, built-in wardrobe and door leading to the rear gardens, the other bedroom has zip and link beds (allowing either a king size bed or two singles), en suite bathroom.  There is a utility room with sink, washing machine/dryer off the spacious hall area, as well as a cloakroom/WC.
